Dress Code

Tiny Tots, Pre-Ballet Tap, Kinder Ballet Tap

ATTIRE(girls): Any leotard, with or without skirt or tutu. Pink tights.

ATTIRE(boys): Any leggings or non-baggy shorts.  Fitted tee shirt or tank top.  

SHOES: Pink Ballet shoes without drawstrings. Capezio "Lily" or Bloch "Belle" are preferred. Black Patent Leather Tap shoes with a Velcro strap. Capezio "Mary Jane" or Theatricals "Easy Strap" are preferred.  Boys can wear black ballet shoes.  

HAIR: Hair must be pulled up and out of the face for class, such as in a bun or ponytail.

Ballet I - 6

ATTIRE(girls): Any style black leotard. "Ballet Pink" tights - must cover the full foot.  Skirts, leg warmers, footless tights, and shorts should NOT be worn.  (note: ballet tights are underwear; no need for extra underwear.)

ATTIRE(boys): Black leggings, or non-baggy shorts.  White fitted tee shirt or tank top.

SHOES: Leather or Canvas Ballet Pink shoes. Split sole recommended. No drawstrings. Capezio "Hanami" is preferred.  Boys can wear black shoes.  

HAIR: Hair must be worn in a very secure bun(must withstand jumping jacks!). Tip: Hair pins and hairspray are your friends.

Tap, Jazz, Acro, and Contemporary

ATTIRE(girls): Any leotard. Tights, leggings or jazz shorts.  No tee shirts or tank tops.

ATTIRE(boys): Any leggings or non-baggy shorts.  Fitted tee shirt or tank top.  

SHOES: Tan jazz shoes; Bloch Pulse preferred.  Black oxford-style tap shoes; Jason Samuels preferred.

HAIR: Hair must be pulled up and out of the face for class, in a bun or ponytail.

VIEW

Hip Hop

ATTIRE: Anything comfortable that can be danced in.  No jeans, or dresses.  

SHOES: Black sneakers with white soles.  Shoes can not be worn outside.
